She proves here that she can sing in her own beautiful way. She might not have a huge voice, but singing is not just about having a beautiful or big voice to start with. It's about using what voice one has to make others feel joy, sorrow, etc. And it is in this respect that Madonna has succeeded.

you see the great late Karen Carpenter once said, in the recording studio she needed to get inot a certain serious mood even to consider a tear jerking serious song, i agree she ,Brooke i was getting into the feeling mood and forgot for one moment in time the universe was starring at her for a few minutes to touch the world with this song, so she let her moods of the song get in her way man but she is a powerful serious singer similar to Carly Simon and will go a longs way soon .

No one "raised" Peron to become "a god" like you say..It is pretty ignorant to generalize about the thoughts of all the Argentinians when you aren`t even one of them and you are only 18..
The fact is that the schools and hospitals that were built did help people in need..
No one is perfect and you my friend centainly don`t know Eva Peron`s heart or thoughts..But what matters is her actions,and what she did was good.

The media of Argentina was controlled by the government via propaganda. I have cited several historical facts and you turn around and just say "no you are wrong you know nothing", stating no facts. The reason several argentines were left in the dark was because of the control over the media, tho I have come across many who claim that they lived in fear of Peron. That and it is a historical fact that Peron harbored Nazis in his country after the german defeat. Look it up!!!

Also, the Peronist regime helped to harbor Nazis who were escaping Germany at the end of WW2, a historical fact. Also, after she was died, wasn't mourning for her required by law to the point that someone was arrested for laughing on a bus??? There is not relationship between the true story and the movie. Che guevara was born to Argentina but he left the country when he was so young, and never met Eva. it is only a mixed of Argentine characters. Anyway the music is wonderfull!
