This is Jurassic Park at its worst, clearly the game and movie are for entertaining purposes only, in real life battle Tyrannosaurus Rex would dare not attack a 8 ton walking tank with a club that could kill you if it hit in the right spot, saying rex could kill this creature is like saying a lone Allosaurus could kill a fully grown adult Brachiosaurus.

The one in Jurassic Park III was killed by the Spinosaurus (bulls**t!) and the ones in The Lost World are n`t over-sized by 2-3 meters like this one! I like to imagine The King (My nickname for this T.Rex) comes over to Isla Sorna and kicks the spinosaurus` ass. This is a cool video, and Darth Vader`s theme only makes it cooler!

1) The T-Rex was smarter than the S-Aeg, so that's a good advantage.
2) S-Aegs were designed for fishing, not battle. The Spinosaurus' neck and teeth are too brittle to defeat a T-Rex; it's teeth would break if the T-Rex struggled.
3) Thee Tyrannosaurus Rex had a jaw so powerful, that the Spinosaurus would die.
The REAL Ankylosaurus was layered in armor, covered with spikes, and would thus be almost impossible to kill in this fashion, as mentioned in other comments.
But remember that these dinosaurs are from the JP universe, and supposed to be mixed with frog DNA. Thus, you can change some facts about the dinosaurs, and blame it on the frogs. ^^ Let's pretend that the frog DNA weakened the armor around the head of the Ankylosaurus, and shrunk or removed the spikes. Plausible?

@MrPwnagemeister : Usually T-Rex left ankylosaurs alone. But if a Tyrannosaur had to attack one it was better equipped than most other carnivores. Anklyosaurs had massive weakspots in their armour. First of all the underside was unprotected, secondly the head spikes were on the back of the head covering the neck but no were else on the head.
