@NeloMeseta I used an older version of some ffxi UI mod, but it appears to have been updated to something called XI View V1.03

Cool, I'm trying this now. I got a 504 xp w/ just emp. band-- but so far, either i suk or spells are getting resisted, managed a chain 3 so far. Lotta negative xp, if you know what I mean.

Were you using EXP band?

Also, what attachments were you using?

This was with the emp band, but they still give a respectable 240 or 300 exp without at chain 5+. The attachments I used were Loudspeaker I+II, ice maker, turbo charger, mana channler, condenser, optic fiber, and mana booster I+II.
