No, Alderweireld is most likely not the next one. Chelsea almost got Hazard in the summer '11 and has shown a strong interest in Mertens too lately. Highlight those 2 on your checklist. I haven't heard of more belgians on Chelsea's wishlist, but if there would be one other player they might be looking out for, it would be Vertonghen, because english football fans rate him highly and he has awoken the interest of Arsenal and Manchester City.

Porto's squad average age is 26 and they have the youngest team in the league. AVB needs time to build his own team, this team won nothing last season. AVB is still young and he has talent.

Swansea game made me realized that Torres will never be at his top level at Chelsea. Sad to say it but any football fan can see it. Once Lukaku enter the game, he immediately made this presence known that Torres didn't have. Give Lukaku at least 1 or 2 years,he will be a top striker. It is time to put Sturridge in the CF position and Torres at RW.

For 6,5 quid this is a great signing for Chelsea. Good technique, great passing and good movement off the ball. And he'll only improve with the likes of Lampard and Mata helping him. I think by the 2013-2014 season he should be able to fight his way into the starting XI.

Our midfield without Ramires and Lampard is classless. And then there's Daniel Selfish Sturridge-no where near a right winger. How many crosses have we seen? A few weak one's from Bosingwa came in for nothing, while on the other side Malouda was NOTHING all together. To AVB: Stop being a blind BAT!
