The evo (at least mine) has a clutch between rear and front axle, so if you pull the handbrake you don't even have to push the clutch (the whole force is going to the front axle =FWD). So just accelerate start turning and pull the handbrake while staying on full thorttle and release handbrake then your rear wheels lose traction . But nice how the drift is kept a little bit longer than only to turn the car around.You need to go snow driving, there's nothing better than that

@jojojo9991 because AWD means all four wheels are spinning when you hit the accelerator, making it harder for the car to lose traction, rear wheel drive is optimal for this sort of thing because only the rear wheels spin and the front wheels can control it to steer it in the right direction, front wheel drive is pretty much dreaming unless you're at high speed before entering the turn... what this guy has done is gotten a little bit of speed, turned and full power, it's harder to control though

you can still lose traction by using the gas pedal. The conditions are a bit different. You're not trying to cause an oversteer like with RWD. Instead, you're trying to create wheel-spin. As long as you have enough torque, you can gun the gas pedal enough to make the wheels spin and then you will lose traction, and then by proper throttle control, you maintain just enough grip on the rear and just enough loss of grip on the front that you drift.

@IncessanteSpirito in "Some Vehicles" now the skyline can do it, but then again the skyline isnt considered a true "Awd" it has front drive assist, so its prolly 60%rear and 40% front or even 70/30, the power is not 50/50, and anyways the evo has a awd system that cannot be turned off

yeah thats true i just learned to drive like 6 months ago aha andd my friend also told me never to drift on a wet surface cuz the car has no grip at all and its pretty easy for the car to slip and crush but that turn was tie i think my mistake was that i didnt change the wheels direction it was a front wheel car so i did 180 degree and stop plus it was stick shift car and it turned of to aha but is not dangerous right just the u turn in dry conditions it just burns lots of rubber

i always ran act street disks in my car because they could take hundred of launches, and they lasted a while with no slip.

it was a '03 evo so they didnt have 6speed's it was a five speed.

@sdutango Its not that hard actually. if you look closely, as soon as i launch, im still going straight for a second, then i turn the wheel. then my wheels go from turning hard left, to straight, to right... just practice in a parking lot or something... i could make this car do whatever i wanted, awd is simple to control

Shoo nothing can't take my Ford Pinto, not even a R35, Enzo or a Jet for that matter, because my Pinto goes 0-60 in like .1 milliseconds, and I spent like 50 cents on it and it have like a million horse power, literally a million horses. So yeaa, im like underfeated in all areas.
