@hirokaski Well, I'm not proffessional but I suggest you just keep doing voice overs. Voice as many different types as you can. Different ages, genders, stereotype, species even xD (eg try voice a cat from an anime that has a voice). Just keep practising, it will help :) xx

Just listen to the clip, listen to the sounds, find or create the sounds in the clips (eg if there's walking, record to movements yourslel OR use a SFX of someone elses), put it into the clip. Put all the sounds you need in (eg background music, magical sounds, tension) and then get your voices in. :D xx

You're Tadase's voice is a little deep. Try giving it a little bit more shota, not as shota as Hunny-Chan, try going up to Len's shota level. Sorry if this sounds rude, being about a year, you've probably already fixed that. :P
