The population is growing exponentially and there will likely be at least 50 billion people in your 100 year hypothetical if not more. You're idea sounds good on paper but the only way for that to work is if the owner of the machines decides to share all his money equally among everyone else.

For example if you were to get a loan tomorrow, the person loaning it to you would prefer it if you paid it back bit by bit with interest, than if you paid the whole thing off. therefore 86 400 / 3 = 28 800 children die a day

which means 28 800 * 365.25 = 10 519 200 children die a year

in the population of africa alone there is 680 000 000 people, so it would safe to assume that they would be having more children then die..which means that your argument that we would run out of children only works if you assume that no new ones are born
