Marshalls. I work there and my one manager told me they can't discriminate on appearance. Three girls I work with have piercings. Me and another guy have stretched ears, and my one friend has quite a but of tattois. And my one friend has a mohawk, ao they're pretty lenient.

Walmart most defiantly cares! I worked there twice for almost 3 years total. The tattoos they dont care about unless they are offensive, but the piercings they have asked people to remove and they don't let you have crazy colored hair. All from my personal experience.
