Hello, how are you?

Recently I buy an iJet Nav Basic and an iJet Nav Pro Wireless. I have some trouble with iJet Nav Basic.

When I´m listening music and after some time I want to bring volume down a bit, I press the volume down button but instead of down a bit, it go down all the way, I mean no sound is listened and I have to press the volume up button and hold it to get sound again.

I hope to make myself understood.
