I just can't wait to see the old gang back where they belong. They should have never been let go, but just very grateful that they are back. To>Chantalsunita..The writer who ruined the show was fired, the new writers stuff isnt airing till late august-Sept.. So what you hate is the bad writers We "Used to have"..These "Older characters" are much of the foundation that made Days popular..Days wasnt made Historic by the likes of EJ and Sami and Nicole, Which is pretty much all we have seen They should just be filler for the truly beloved characters. I cant wait for Sept, And I cant wait for Jarlena, and Jack and Jenn on my screen again

Hope this show goes off the air soon. It's really a big waste of time. It's pitiful that they have to resort to firing 6 actors (or more) to bring back these older characters. Why should anyone give DOOL the time of day anymore? I have no desire to watch it beyond Sept 26. The current writers have ruined the show.
@chantalsunita I'm frustrated with the show right now, too but it's really selfish of you to say you hope it goes off the air. If you don't like all the changes, just don't watch-it's as simple as that! Don't try and ruin it for ALL of us just because you're unhappy with the show. Again, very selfish attitude-you should be ashamed!
@MrElsuperj Haven't you heard? He's coming back!!! They've been talking about it for a couple of months now. Unfortunately, they fired the actors who play Chloe, Carly, Dario, Vivian and Taylor to make room in the budget to bring back Jack, John, Marlena, Carrie and Austin.
Since Gus is the Salem hooker attacker, I assume he'll be going, too-he was just a recurring character but I guess every bit of money they save helps!
That's why good shows like this are saved when you dump the bad writers, bring back the ones that care, and characters you loved back then!
