I'm pretty sure given where this company is and the vehicle and the lights that this is one of the vehicles used by the US Secret Service. When POTUS came to Charlottesville, VA they were driving one of these when they pulled up right besides me. It is identical to the one I saw that night.
Being late for soccer practice is now a thing of the past. Great setup though. I'd say that it looks like something that'd be used by a tact unit. Narcotics, Vice, Street Crime, etc. Excellent visibility.
@CTCCustoms Indeed. In fact, although they weren't equipped with as many lights, on Police Women of Broward County which aired a few months ago, they were seen quite often. Two of the detectives in specialized units were driving similar vehicles.
@FSDeputy81 Yes, I think they might use them as well for the street crimes and drug busts because of how many guys they can fit in them and get out fairly easy.
This is not a 2011 Grand Caravan; it is no older than a 2010.
