okay first: its freedom unite not united second:the freaky lizard thing is a ludroth third: your stamina was glowing blue because the freaky lizard thing spat water on you and gave you waterblight causing your stamina to recharge slower and fourth the ledge in zone 8 you were on had a drop down in the beginning of the ledge

@mimthehedgehog unite, united, whatever. I have since figured out the blue was a status effect.
