You and I have a similar story. I also rode western for years but then I started riding saddle seat after I bought a horse that was suitable for the discipline. I have been working with him for 2 years, but hopefully we will be able to show this year.

Omg! That is where I want to go! It is like my dream to go there. My riding instructor graduated from there. I am going to visit it this fall.

Yeah saddle seat takes a lot of practice! I was like that too! I will be sure to check those videos out! and I am interested getting a EQS degree!
