Just because someone put a small camera on a TOY Model airplane doesn't mean thats its a uav. Besides It has to be un-manned, this isn't cause the person is controling it with a remote control.

You just contradicted yourself..you dumbass how is it not unmanned? Do you see a little human flying it...So yeah you can call it a UAV, cause it is an unmanned aerial vehicle.
