whisperingdragon33 chickens can peck you and they can hurt. none of mine so far have ever really tried to peck me, even my hens with chicks tolerate me handling their chicks. I have had this breed for 4 years now and started with one hen and rooster I now have 17 hens and 3 roosters and when I go outside they follow me everywhere I go, I have to watch where I step or I might step on one of them.. when I feed my horses they even jump on my back when I bend over and sit on my shoulder lol
wow what a tame guy! i have Buff Brahma chickens and a rooster and if your able to catch them, some will actually stay (unless they start to try to get away from you) but i was able to carry the still young rooster with no problem! i love chickens!
thanks everyone, most of my buffs are very friendly and likes attention.. buddy is over a year old now and a very big and nice rooster, he was only a few months old in the video.. and yes I hatched him in the incubator..

wat the hell, how could u pet them and touch the little thingy under his beak, if u poke my "backyard chickens" they will peck u instantly...

Are you sure that's not a hen? I don't see any spurs on its legs and its comb is small like a hen. Beautiful chicken though.
