Let me clear things up.

1. The model in the video is Rio. She is a kitty'er (a mascot for Hello Kitty). She is not related to Vocaloid whatsoever. She was rumored to be a new Vocaloid during the collab with Sanrio, but it turned out to be Nekomura Iroha instead (another kitty'er)

2.The singing is SeeU, a Korean Vocaloid for the Vocaloid3 engine.

3. YES. This is MMD. The model is by ISAO and you buy her from the Windows 100% magazine. The motion is "Paradise" and the stage is by Kanihira.

Well, if you knew anything you would know illegal distribution of W100% models is quite common and is how most people get them. The fact that the person stated they now have them when they didn't even know you had to buy them is extremely suspicious. It's not jumping to conclusions when it is most likely true.

Yes it is MMD, This model is a Windows 100 Model. Its a Japanese Magazine you have to purchase to the codes to get these models. But they used MME too. That's free and it adds all certain types of effects to MMD. Like shading, reflective floors, working water. ETC.
