My fav is Matthew Sinclair catching Hayden off Oram. It's all fairly subjective tho isn't it? Collingwood prob has a great collection of catches, a lot are in close require quick rection time and often at full stretch and one hand but Sinclairs was full speed full stretch one hand and we were taking a battering and that individual piece of brilliance helped halt the Aussie onslaught and we ending up winning, so in the context I think his was the best I've seen, but there are so many!

Frankly, The longer baseball scouts stay away from cricket, the better for cricket.

I've played both and the skill-sets for non-batting/pitching elements are basically identical for a cricketer converting to 'ball.

Plus there is no replacement for pure athleticism, anticipation and lightning reactions.
