how to make good potatoe salad (bavarian style)

1. use potatoes when they're still hot (they will soak up the aroma)

2. don't use mayonese

3. all you need is: vegetable stock, salt, pepper, vinegar, onions and a lot of oil

4. taste! if it's too sour use more vegetable stock or you can add a little bit of sugar. if it tastes like air use more salt and pepper or maybe more vinegar.

i swear to god... people will get addicted to this stuff. just try it :D it's sooo goood!
