  • I'd say you're pretty handy at sprinting, are you pal?

  • @FunkyJake15 I've always been quick, It was one of my biggest strengths when I played football. I'm not a sprinter tho. Thanks for the comment

  • @Demus15 Why wouldn't you get into sprinting? You have the power for it pal.

My knees aren't the best, they tend to hurt pretty bad after plyometrics etc.

Would you recommend these exercises for me, or would they just make my knees worse?

    I play football too btw.

  • @FunkyJake15 I guess sprinting is just not really a goal for me, I prefer either to tumble (gymnastics) or to do Oly Lifting. Sometimes my kness can hurt after plyo type stuff too, I reckon get ur legs stronger, stronger muscles absorb more force = less pain.

  • What skill were you working on when you got your injury?

  • what's happen to your bicep? how did you break it?

  • @bboypg On Rings, basically made a big mistake. five weeks post op now no brace anymore.

  • @Demus15 damn man i know you will return more strong then before, so the reason of rupture is a mistake not a non-sufficient strength in your tendon?

  • @bboypg A bit of both, i realise now that i hurt it a little last year but I also did something I didn't wan't to do so in short recipe for disaster

  • @Demus15 is always a situation to learn something new, in the past i had a great pain...fortunately my past experience tells to me to stop training and rest!!! i understod this when i had broken my LCA on my rigth knee...it was a hell

  • Shit son, that sucks. Hope it heals fully.

  • 1:53 ... my knees crying :((

  • get well soon , nice legs training

  • Shit, sorry for you man, wish you good healing. ;)

  • @speedyman290 Thanks speedy, it's a long road but hopefully by the end of the yr i'll do some cool stuff sagain

  • Concentrating on weakness is never a bad idea. On and in a single limb study conducted by the NSCA came to the conclusion that if you only exercise one limb there is still a neurological strength transfer effect to the injured/not exercised limb. Hope you heal up soon.

  • @typhoon535 Thanks man I've been doing a little bit with my good arm so hopefully strength will stay there, starting to notice a little atrophy tho prob can't be helped.

  • Wish you the best in recovery.

  • @bcoad06 Thanks

  • That sucks man! How long is ur arm out? Also, how exactly did the injury happen (just so I can learn from you and not make the same mistake)?

  • @MrArbitrager hey man I realise now that I had a small tear in the tendon doing a cross last year, did way too many and was very fatigued. Then three weeks ago I fucked up trying to do a slow straight arm felge and went to maltese instead, too much pressure and it popped. Tho i think with the small tear in it already it was waiting to happen. Prob two months or so more for the arm.

  • Hope you get better man. Stay positive!

  • @MJOLNIR367 Thanks for the support

  • Good to see that you approach this situation with a positive attitude and stay active.

Best wishes for a quick recovery

  • @GregorsGym Cheers man

  • Shit man, I'm really sorry to hear that. Hope it heals fast ;)

  • @Rasmustthomsen Thanks raz, time to get splits ;)
