  • EXCELLENT video. SO informative. Thanks.

  • he sells both tocotrinols and tocopherols is up to you to choose.

anything that's hard to get to must be good...who tells you to take your vitamin

by weight...not every system is the same no other company explains that.

i hope one day your vitamin e be on every shelf of every business that sells vitamins....by the way i bought one before and soon i will be getting it again!!!!

  • Tocotrienols and Tocopherols are different even though they are all part of the vitamin E molecule chain. Tocopherols provide overall vitamin E protection to the cells while Tocotrienols have been shown to focus on specific areas of health concern in a more pinpointed way. It is important to take them apart from each other -- Tocopherols in the morning and Tocotrienols in the evening -- both with meals. This is due to the findings that Alpha-Tocopherol inhibits the assimilation of Tocotrienols.

  • Hi

He doesn't mention Tocotrienols at all in this clip. I understood that it was this component, rather than the Tocopherols the Dr mentions that are key ????

  • Is this from one of his DVDs?

  • Yes, the DVD about supplements.

  • lol @ FDA with their NON WISDOM! oh lordy..

  • You are providing real, truthful information. Awesome!

    Yes, always take D-alpha tocopherol.
