Hey I don't kwon if any posted about this or not but I think I may have found a clue people may have missed in this episode. When Desmond order comes up they call for number 42. Desmond response by saying that me. This could be the hint the number 42 is Desmond. If you remember the number sequence 4 8 15 16 23 42. How Locke name up on the ceiling of the cave was next to number 4 and Jack was 23.
