Wrong. There is a law called poss. with intent. This law is very vague, if you have any quantity of pot and a cellphone, poss. with intent. Also if your in Boston, your also in a school zone, which means a mandatory minimum prison sentence. Btw, all of Boston is a school zone.

YAY for CA having legal medical marijuana (having gout when you are 28, medicinal marijuana helps this arthritis) but NAY for CA stripping rights of same sex couples. What a disgrace to this great state.

I pay taxes and work to make my community better. The least I can have is = rights. It wasn't ever really about the children because passing prop 8 has hurt gay children that dream of living as ='s to their schoolmates. B/C of 8, hate of gays has been enabled just like I have been saying.
