Of course I don't think the govt. should pool money for distribution any more than an insurance company. Insurance, like our entire monetary system, is a scam. They don't provide a service people want, they have caused the medical expenses to become so high that now people are forced to buy some kind of insurance because as an individual, the prices have exceeded what the average person can pay.
Insurance is a ponzi scheme where a small percentage of people receive benefits that everyone has to pay for. They do not "spread risk, what they do is provide the medical industry and big pharma a very large pool of money for them to set their prices. Japan has a great system; Make all health care companies non-profit and limit the pay for executives. People should not be making fortunes off other peoples illness or injury. The huge amount of money skimmed off the top by these health organizations (who also own many of our hospitals) is a major factor in the increase in rates and care. The rates on low risk groups have gone so high, they don't feel the need to participate, small wonder.

Of course I don't think the govt. should pool money for distribution any more than an insurance company. Insurance, like our entire monetary system, is a scam. They don't provide a service people want, they have caused the medical expenses to become so high that now people are forced to buy some kind of insurance because as an individual, the prices have exceeded what the average person can pay.

Insurance is a ponzi scheme where a small percentage of people receive benefits that everyone has to pay for. They do not "spread risk, what they do is provide the medical industry and big pharma a very large pool of money for them to set their prices. If you sold legal drugs, would you rather charge what an insurance company can pay or what the average person can pay?

I like the "Santa Clause" that rings a bell outside the shopping mall in December. Sometimes I will drop a donation off too. However, if Santa stood in front of the Mall with a policeman by his side demanding that everyone make a donation, I wouldn't like him so much.

The other thing this wil do is lower the cost of cars, because they (auto makers)won't need to have high prices on vehicles to cover the cost of retirements, etc. I would sure love to see the physical evidence on this Obama take over, and Obama Wants White Slavery bullshit scare tactics I hear sometimes.
