Looks (and physique) effect leadership. Look at how people react to Obama's shirtless pictures on the Hawaian beach. Culture is pure perception (and Google knows that).

Sifting for methods - very interesting. A heck of a trick to shake oneself of their own cultural bias - expand that consiousness. Reminds me of probs I heard of when porting games. Yeah - a bit of immersion's probably key.
