To each his own, but anybody can follow a rider around with and Iphone and upload it to youtube. Making videos of this caliber takes talent, creativity, good gear and a buttload of time staring at a computer screen. Most of us can appreciate the artisitc value of a production like this. I like to see the cinematography envelope pushed, and this stuff is cutting edge. Kudos Blake!

hate to be a 'hater' (if you use that word seriously you should rethink your life), but i come down harsh because i see potential, you know how to use the software, the intro was sick, you managed to psych me up for the film, but then you just need to cool it, rely on the footage not on the edit. It was just too busy but its easier to chill an ADHD edit then psych up a lemon soda cut.

So keep doin what ya doin but focus on camera angles and sick footage and calm ya shit in the edit suite.

I appreciate your knowledge of the editing software and ability to throw every effect you can into a 4 minute video, but in my opinion, it shows your inability to TRUST THE FOOTAGE.

Take away the weird (and weirdly changing throughout) colour grade, the glitchy effects, the jump cuts, the horrible (however with a more mature edit, could be epic) music and the strange pacing and this video could be good. Im sure the raw footage was epic.

One thing to everybody who is hating on this, I am a videoagrapher as well and it is an art that we use to express ourselves, so what if ya'll don't like it Blake put this music on here cause he wanted to. It was his choice, if all of ya'll that do not like I like to see ya'll try and put something like this together. Good job Blake a step off the beaten path. Loved the video Blake! I didn't think the editing was too much at all I really enjoyed it and I think it kept the video really interesting. This style of dubstep doesn't fit my personal taste but I think its funny watching everyone whine about it. Country folk just can't handle them sounds! Keep it up dude, don't change a thing.
