Fishboy95, You should use downloads. All you need to do is save your downloads using WIN RAR and extract it to: (I use windows Vista, but i'm thinking that you are using Windows XP.) My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/ Downloads.One thing, unless it's not a modded object it get saved in another file. Example: If it's a camera hack, it goes into the camera folder.
Next, Go to the Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer.
Go to the arrow on the top right corner and click on browse. Go to the folder and...

you dont need freakin winrar or any of that shit to download you just click on a mesh then open it and extract (if neccesarry)
then just save it to your downloads file
