you should have decreased the exposition or aperture on the high fps camera, then the explosion would be much more detailed, because it adjusts to the normal lighting and isn't ready for the drastic increase in brightness in the short time it happens.

The first is a dispersing charge that sends whatever fuel used blasting outward to mix with the air and milliseconds later a second charge ignites the vapors created by the first, creating a massive fireball that needs a lot of oxygen to to burn and draws it in very quickly, destroying everything close! If its confined into a car, the thermoplastic turns the confined space into a really big pipe bomb!

@PS2djX I think I remember AnonymousUpload saying (when he was still on YouTube) that this was a whole bunch of fuels mixed with ammonium nitrate. We're talking nitromethane, diesel and aluminium powder. Still quite a feat; he couldn't have been more than 20 at the time.
