Glad you like Peru, just one thing, don't take the historical references in this anime too serioulsy. They change history completely, starting by the incas having swords, which is just ridiculous.

Ohh, and it''s true, Perú has the greatest food you could eat on earth. And about chinese-peruvian mixed food, it's not called chiefa, but chifa, and it's also delicious.
