I can't imagine being able to listen to Alan Freed's show every night live on the radio, this tune has been used by many many DJ's since then as theme song.
Just a quick FYI, the clip is of Whitey's Lindy Hoppers from the movie Hellzapoppin. Search either of those names on youtube and you'll see more material. It's a nice complement of the song though!
I just picked up this 45. Killer! for like a buck and change! After hunting and not knowing where the original song came from based on a mid 90s house trax that is also killer, I finally gots me a copy!! NM too!!

Frantic and fantastic dancing...after doing this great act what could you do for an
encore. Red Prysock was great with his honking style, popular back in the 1950s.
I can remember when a tenor saxman could honk during the song and get a big
hand from the audience. Red wasn't too popular among some jazz players back
then, but i liked his style.
