They aren't pronouncing the exact characters 我不知道 in their local dialects. Rather, they are saying how a local speaker would say "I don't know." Apparently, Sichuanese is pretty close to Wuhanese; I think Ms. Zhao is saying 不曉得. In my opinion, that translates to "Dunno!"
