@HeemNHuggie I measured my wall first to get a rough size, then on the Rasterbator website under mode I used "SIZE" instead of crop. In that mode you can scale your image and it'll show you the final dimensions so you can try and match as close to the size you want. It won't be exact but should get you close enough.
How did you attach your images to the wall? I know you said just tape, but does that really hold it close enough to the wall that it doesn't give that "paper on a wall" look?
@chouzan Just tape on all four sides of each sheet. Up close you could see the seams and the pages curled up at the edges. From far away it looks good.
Some pages stopped sticking after awhile too so tape really isn't the best way to do this if you want something more permanent.
Kinkos lets you copy as many pages as you want for $0.10 Colored, or $0.04 for Black & White.
if you want a full wall-sized rasterbation, it'll usually be around 70-100 pages of paper.
thats like, what? $7-10?
if you try to do it at your own house, you're just wasting ink, and replacing ink cartridges are about $40 a cartridge. maybe $80 if youre replacing both Colored and Black & White cartridges.
so hmm, would you rather spend $7-10? or $40-80 dollars?
my skewl when i have like a long research paper like pages long i just put it in USB drive and connect it to a random computer at skewl and access the main printer ^-^
there probably is a better way to paste it all up. the scotch tape i used peels off sometimes and i have to press it back onto the wall. but for the most part it does the job and has held it up for the past 6 months.
For all who looked at this with the same question he said 3+ hours trimming, I don't think printers are capable of borderless printing, P.s I know i'm probably wrong I haven't searched google yet..
yes i cut them all so they were borderless. i didn't have access to a nice paper trimmer (which would have given me better results), so i used a ruler and x-acto blade to trim all the sides. that's why some of the image has gaps because i didn't cut them all exactly the same.
I found this very hard to rasterbate to

Nice raster! Question, how did you get the exact dimension from corner to corner?!

reach2mypocket 1 year ago
@reach2mypocket Mine have the big dots too, you just can't seem them from far away.
anotherjpeg 1 year ago
@reach2mypocket change the dot size to 1mm or .5mm and you cant see them, but it does use more ink and it take a long time to finnish

how many sheets of paper did you use?
SunnyBunny42694 3 years ago
i just used scotch tape. it holds up well enough. some parts are coming off the wall but i just press them back on and they re-adhere.

What did you use to stick it up?? Awesome rasterbation btw :).
