What needs to be understood is that hardcore has diverged and has been diversified by several influences outside of punk. So now we have different types of hardcore amongst few subgenres. Hardcore is hardcore no matter how you look at it, even if you say it isn't, it still is. If you wanna talk real hardcore, We talk about Breakdown, Negative Approach, Youth of Today, Sick of it all. These guys are a great band, they fall into the melodic side of hardcore like CBK, Bane or Miles away.

@DrewFarmie2 In all honesty it doesn't matter what people look like, some people look like a scene kid or whatever yet listen to death metal, hardcore, pop music, rap, admittedly i was a stupid looking scene kid at one point it's just a phase man, says fuck all about who you really are, since listening to Hardcore i've found something that I relate to no depressing bullshit just straight up emotional, exertive and aggressive music, you can get a real feel in Hardcore which in most music.
