@ChuckNoarus Actually, if you watch all the videos you can tell that she is pissed. That's the reason she wanted me to write my name so many times hoping I would just go get the cash. If you look through my videos, you will find where I talked to the mayor of that city and he stated hoe upset HE was as well as the cashier I dealt with. It may have wasted a little of my time, but that fact I still made them take the coins pissed them off. I still won that battle...

in all honesty , were you speeding ? if yes , you got exactly what you deserved , I got a $175 speeding ticket in PA on the side of a hill where the limit went from 55 to 25 in about 100yards of distance , I was doing 32 at the bottom of the hill where the radar unit was , I wrote the check , I mailed it in , I didnt miss a days work in courty fighting it , or a days work sitting writing my name on rolls of pennies , my time is worth more to me then being a dumbass and paying with pennies.

u could have got a big hefty bag unwrap all the coins and put em all in there n write all that once..... then have them count it... to make sure it is the correct amount.. the seal it and make them sign it.... so if the bag is opened you have proof of it being messed with ........ n u got the other person to sign as witness ne wayz.. lol

@OpenCarryAlabama I live in Moulton and writing your name, address and phone number is normal there. I haven't really figured out why they require that, but I suspect that if there's an overage or underage on each roll they can notify you. That would make sense on maybe a handful of rolls, but 500 rolls seems ridiculous.
