I had to view this clip just to see what it was that my mum found so scary about it. More than anything else, it was the sound effects that were more scary and chilling than Bobby coming out of the fridge itself. In this clip, it didn't feel like Bobby ever died in the first place.

From time to time, my mum would talk to me about this stupid scene. When it came on TV, I must have only been about eight  at the time. I didn't remember anything about it. I can see why mum got the chills from watching it. Needless to say, mum always tells me that this is the reason why she stopped watching Home and Away when it moved to Channel Five. This particular scene still scares her to this day, even though it was years ago. Mum, if you're reading this, sorry I wound you up about it.
