how do you get in Rocs area looks like you need to get teleported there or summoned

you need to do quests, and then you get a stone.

that stone is needed to enter in the entrance.

Roc is a legendary bird from the (greec) mithology and hes name is roc not rocky zazanis. (The mountain called roc mountain too not rocky zazanis mt..) There is a rocky zaBANIS too, but its only a level 95 mini unique what you need to kill in roc's arena
