Love video game music but this is so special to me, because I got this game when I was very young by my amazing uncle who generously gave it to me. I was so happy and I still play this game to this day to remember everything, I get so teary even typing and listening to the song that is the theme of my struggling childhood where we had lots of problems in our house so I had to play this to get things off my mind and forget about my parents arguing about stupid stuff.

@Funkdogg i love the soundtrack of this game, the music is "our way home" performed by Benten-Maru, and appear when you finish the "edge master mode" or the "arcade mode" with the Super Khan Session audio, in the game credists.

A travel Diary and Our way home, are the 2 best audio tracks of this game.. ;D

sometimes you can't play the game because the music is too awesome and make you stay there and hear it :)

@XLyanaX1982 Game music from the 90's are the best :). Like Ridge Racer 4 or C&C, Red alert. Remeber Final Fantasy onn ps1 or wipeout :P. Best game songs were in that era and i miss it T.T

This music gives me the chills so much that I transported it to a cd, the reaction you get when the deep bass hits with the beauty of the music sounds great when driving through downtown ATL. I bump this to give others the same feeling, I love telling people what it is they are hearing!

I hated hearing this. I mean I like how its sounds, it's pretty cool...but when I heard it after I lost, it made me feel like a loser because the musics not the same when you win...it sounds sad like its saying "Why did you fail?! Lets go to shame..."

Good song, what I hate about Soul Calibur 4 is the fact that most of the music is just rehashed Soul Calibur 3 music, most are horrible redo's. But the SC3 soundtrack is beautiful.

I agree, there was substance in its simplicity. Like it wasn't trying to hard to be noticed, it just simply existed and your ears listened. :)

Above all, it had better melodies. Repeated hooks, like in pop music, which made it more memorable. One of two epic orchestral works is cool, but most of today's fighting games have so overly pretentious soundtracks.
