My problem is that Nick never limps once, he doesn't even have a red mark on his leg at the end.. how can non-damaging strikes be counted as significant ones? I call bullshit. Condit was able to strike, move out, and reset at will. He was not punching and kicking while simultaneously moving backwards. If Nick had listened to his corner, he would have cut off the cage instead of walking Condit down over and over. Also, not everyone shows dmg; Penn and Hunt are perfect examples. A healthy GSP will beat Diaz easily. Even Diaz knows this and even said that he wouldn't mind losing as long as it was to GSP, the arguably number 1 pd for pd fighter on the planet.
The best way for GSP to win vs Diaz is by decision. GSP isn't dumb enough to stand with Diaz and he doesn't have the punching power to ground and pound Diaz to a TKO. Diaz's best chance of winning is by submission. Diaz's takedown defense sucks so he is going to spend a lot of time on the mat. If GSP slips, Diaz will submit GSP, Diaz's BJJ skills off his back are no joke. My opinions anyway, and the way I will be betting IF the fight happens. Long shot bet would be - GSP wins by submission.

I disagree, GSP's striking is overall better, cause its very unpredictable, creative, and diverse, while Diaz striking is also amazing, but also sloppy and predictable.

The best way for GSP to win vs Diaz is by decision. GSP isn't dumb enough to stand with Diaz and he doesn't have the punching power to ground and pound Diaz to a TKO. Diaz's best chance of winning is by submission. Diaz's takedown defense sucks so he is going to spend a lot of time on the mat. If GSP slips, Diaz will submit GSP, Diaz's BJJ skills off his back are no joke. My opinions anyway, and the way I will be betting IF the fight happens. Long shot bet would be - GSP wins by submission.

@coolerow Serra was so lucky in their 1st fight, GSP couldn't focus because one of his members past away and his father was dying of cancer. GSP fought a world-class bjj practitioner who is BJ Penn and just with his powerful wrestling skills, he was abled to neutralized Penn's BJJ skills and his incredible flexibility. I disagree, GSP's striking is overall better, cause its very unpredictable, creative, and diverse, while Diaz striking is also amazing, but also sloppy and predictable.
