I never imagined that there could be anyone more spastic or eccentric than Haruhi Suzumiya. Clearly, I still have much to learn. Sadly, though, one of my favorite roles that appeared here - Dorothy, from Marchen Awakens Romance, only got her introductory line. Granted, given that MAR isn't nearly as big a name as the roles that got much more screen time - Haruhi, Yoruichi, Faye, and that .... odd one from Love Hina. Her lines were so weird I couldn't even make them out for the most part.

@flipflop10150 I may now have to check out that series (or at least the manga) by THAT ONE LINE ALONE. It was, at once, adorable at first and then awesome creepy adorable (in an axe-crazy sort of way).
