??? Rafters-not strong enough
Rafters-No room for insulation in ceiling.
Sheathing-Old plywood prone to warping/bubbling
Sheathing-Really? Tongue and groove? Door header- Interior, non-load door with full 2x10/12 header? Those "work boots" come with a cell phone clip?. Is this a play-house or shed?
