@shottto Yes, she had no problems with saltwater at all, even though her earliest experiences in water were at Lake Ballaton (in Hungary) and in swimming pools in US. She LOVED the ocean, until a few months ago. Now she is quite old (14) has cancer and arthritis, and is afraid of the waves. She still loves water though, and enjoys a nice warm shower.
@pirozpaprikash poor thing, it is still too early to think about those things for my boy, he ix 2, but when I think he will die earlier than I will, (but you never know), GETS MY EYES WATERY:)
@shottto Have fun! If he has never been in the water, just approach it gently and it helps if you at least wade in too. Just throw the ball a little at a time. I am always surprised when I see a Vizsla who doesn't like water, and I bet it's because the owners haven't introduced them properly! You know how much they look to their owner for guidance about everything! My Ruby is intrepid, but she is always looking to see if I am following and supporting her investigations!
