After watching this guy in a few video I'm not sure if he knows the difference between flair and flaming stupid. The pointing & clicking noise is cheesy as hell and I'd be having a conversation with any of my bartenders that did that.
A little flair now and then will help make better tips. Thats just my experience. I tend bar on the weekends (part-time) its fun, it works around my school schedule and I get to meet some INTERESTING people. I don't flip bottles with free pourers on them because liquor goes everywhere. That pisses the owner off, but I do little things just to keep the patrons interested. A little goes a long way, especially with the ladies. :)
@ElPsychochillero A drink without ice tastes shit, You are paying for a good drink (if u pay much you have high demands on the drink) and that's what we Deliver. If you wanna get wasted drink ur 50/50 mixture with vodka redbull or w/e at home, or if u don't like ice in ur drink, buy a cocktail like Cosmopolitan, Margarita, White lady etc.
@ElPsychochillero This is the deal: When you have the hole glass filled with ice, the ice both cools down quicker and actually takes longer time to melt AND you still get that 4-6cl alcohol that you've ordered (or however it is in ur country). So if you put in little ice in a drink it will both: Not cool that well AND melt, making the drink taste like shit and therefor it's wasted.

Some you shake 3-4 times (not to cool down the drink, just to mix the ingredients, like e.g milk drinks so you don't get much foam), some you build = Throw down ice in the glass, pour ingredient over ingredient - drink is finished (e.g. Vodka redbull). Some you stir (like martini), some you shake to cool down the drink and use a strainer to remove the ice-flakes (Cosmopolitan)
