I am getting the same calls from "ER Solutions 425-562-3215" every day now.
I finally called 888-332-7252 listed on that page and after being transferred to 2 different persons, i got one that asked me for my Social or my Mailing address, she said that they were working for Paypal.
I told her i didn't know ER solutions and i had no interest of giving her any other personal info, she said "thank you and have a nice day" and hung up on me.
ROFLMAO - waiting for the Nigerian email! I recently got the bright idea to do the same thing to someone who kept calling & calling (debt collector) - they proceeded to ask me to provide them with my checking account number over the phone - I could have been talking with someone from Afghanistan for all I knew - and they had the gall to ask for checking info - I called back and asked the guy if he would give me HIS checking info so I could pay the debt. LOL
Those scammers are probably WoW addicts who are looking to pay off their subscription by stealing information off victims. :P I had that happen to me before. Really sad too.

My brother works for a Personal Debt Collection company. They specialise in resurrecting old debts, even going back to the mid 90s- hassling people for money they had mentally ‘written off’ years ago.
One technique they are taught is to “Go in hard, make them cry, then become a loving father”- in one recorded conversation he made kissing noises in the mouthpiece (“Baby, Big Daddy loves you!”) as the woman on the other end screamed & begged for mercy- it was like listening to incest-rape.

The way the system is set up, no matter how responsible people are, a certain percentage of people will always be in default or foreclosure. Principal is created by banks, Interest is not. If everyone has to pay Principal + Interest out of only Principal, then there is a problem. It has little to do with ppl not being responsible with their money.

You have to inform them them you're recording the call too. Im a debt collector, and let me say that its difficult to get your number off their system. 70% of the people who claim "wrong number" are lying, so unless you send in a statement from your phone company proving that, they wont remove it just cause u say so.

Turns out to be a blessing I get weekly calls! I get to warn each that Judgment Day is May 21,2011. I Pay all debts if I know they are valid. I get in collections only due to some small medical bills the provider Failed to give my ins co the procedure code or whatever so billing gal sends it to me to handle ok she clears her pending basket rather than fixing it . She ASSUMES I'll call my ins co and then notify her they need the code IT IS BS,I refuse to play the game (THAT'S SO COMMON!)

collection agencys doesn't have your acct for long, it gets "swept" and goes on to another debt collection agency after no resalution and ALL of the consumers old phone numbers are on the new acct. if you told them, "he doesn't live here" they assume the consumer is a visitor and will try the call again later, if you say, "i don't know him, wong num, or stop callng me" it's indeed ILLEAGLE for them to call you back. but you have to go about it the right ways.

Money is a illusion debt therefore does not exist and the reason is this, our Birth Certificates are Banking Bonds and attached to them are millions of dollars of transactions. Same thing happened to me years ago. They'd call about once a week saying some guy I'd never heard of before owed them 2-grand! I'd tell them they had the wrong number - nobody here by that name, but they'd call back next week. I finally sent them a letter explaining the situation, and putting them on notice that I was going to bill them $100.00 every time they called. The calls finally stopped... for about a year. Then started up again with a DIFFERENT agency trying to collect on the same debt!
I didn't find this tape very amusing. Many people are unable to pay their bills now days and most of them are not at fault as losing their jobs was not their choice. Its going to get a lot worse in the future. Even bill collectors lose their jobs sooner or later so have fun being on the recieving end of what you do to other people so passionatly.

HAHA, I did similar. I kept getting calls from a contractor working on someone’s home. Finally I got a call asking if I did or did not want the wall between the kitchen and living room taken down. I told them to remove the whole wall and make it one large area and I hoped they could get it done by the end of the day. I can only wish I could have seen what the results were. I can say I never got another call after that, so I can only guess someone found out they were calling a wrong number.

You have to inform them them you're recording the call too. Im a debt collector, and let me say that its difficult to get your number off their system. 70% of the people who claim "wrong number" are lying, so unless you send in a statement from your phone company proving that, they wont remove it just cause u say so.

Turns out to be a blessing I get weekly calls! I get to warn each that Judgment Day is May 21,2011. I Pay all debts if I know they are valid. I get in collections only due to some small medical bills the provider Failed to give my ins co the procedure code or whatever so billing gal sends it to me to handle ok she clears her pending basket rather than fixing it . She ASSUMES I'll call my ins co and then notify her they need the code IT IS BS,I refuse to play the game (THAT'S SO COMMON!)

Good stuff, I have the same problem and started doing the same thing! I figure the longer I screw with them is one less person they can call and harass! I tell them things like I cant afford to pay because I"m taking a cruise or just leaving for my beach house and can they call me there later?

collection agencys doesn't have your acct for long, it gets "swept" and goes on to another debt collection agency after no resalution and ALL of the consumers old phone numbers are on the new acct. if you told them, "he doesn't live here" they assume the consumer is a visitor and will try the call again later, if you say, "i don't know him, wong num, or stop callng me" it's indeed ILLEAGLE for them to call you back. but you have to go about it the right ways.

I keep getting calls for a woman named Debra and I tell them no one lives here by that name, and yet they call, and call, even when they hear I'm a man. Debt collectors or at least whoever makes the policies for them are morons.

I can understand how this is nothing but entertainment. Joking around with debt collectors might sound like fun but nothing gets accomplished l would much rather have a goal in mind and go for it rather than just goofing around with them. I see what's behind this. The overwhelmimg majority of folks who are in collections DON'T know how to deal with you guys. One former debt collector -- Mr. Mean as he described himself -- said he was a like a blackbelt and trained agents to be so. If a debtor had something to say, you'd have a quick reply.
There's a small % of folks who are black belts from their end. Were I in collections I'd be your worst nightmare. That's what's bothering you.

I agree with you that someone shouldn't waste an honest callers time and I'd add that if it's legit that it's immoral to lie to that person. (I do pay my bills) I know it's a real person on the line. In this guys case though I'm in agreement with him cause they are harassing him. I don't have a land line due to the cost and telemarketers. Good day!

@calmedcooledMI You had better get used to this, because it is happening everywhere. The reason people are waking up to the scam perpetuated by the Bankers. Money is a illusion debt therefore does not exist and the reason is this, our Birth Certificates are Banking Bonds and attached to them are millions of dollars of transactions. That money is ours but stolen by the bankers so when we give anyone a signature we create the funds. Its our money although it is all illusionary.

Same thing happened to me years ago. They'd call about once a week saying some guy I'd never heard of before owed them 2-grand! I'd tell them they had the wrong number - nobody here by that name, but they'd call back next week. I finally sent them a letter explaining the situation, and putting them on notice that I was going to bill them $100.00 every time they called. The calls finally stopped... for about a year. Then started up again with a DIFFERENT agency trying to collect on the same debt!

I didn't find this tape very amusing. Many people are unable to pay their bills now days and most of them are not at fault as losing their jobs was not their choice. Its going to get a lot worse in the future. Even bill collectors lose their jobs sooner or later so have fun being on the recieving end of what you do to other people so passionatly.

HAHA, I did similar. I kept getting calls from a contractor working on someone’s home. Finally I got a call asking if I did or did not want the wall between the kitchen and living room taken down. I told them to remove the whole wall and make it one large area and I hoped they could get it done by the end of the day. I can only wish I could have seen what the results were. I can say I never got another call after that, so I can only guess someone found out they were calling a wrong number.

What you see as good fun is wasting someones time who too has a family and has mouths to feed, etc. Debt collectors are not trying to tick you off by calling non stop. Reports are run - and your phone number comes up as a possible for the debtor...

I had perfect credit till fall of 08'. My childrens father lost his job after 30 years. I had taken time off to be with the children while they were young. When I tried to get back to work I found no job. I now have bill collectors call every day. I've actually gotten use to them.
