Moderation is my biggest problem. If I have something to eat in the house, I find good logical reason to eat all of it, usually between 10pm and 2am. I suck.

Conversely, I've been dieting for 45 days and lost 30 pounds so far. I'm good at losing weight. Keeping it off is always the hard part.
