Joe Fixit was the identity the Gray Hulk used as an alias when he was hiding out in Las Vegas as a mob enforcer, during the time he thought he had got rid of Banner for good.  It was probably the happiest time in his life because it got him the three things he ever really wanted: money, respect, and women. Then the party ended when Banner's personality finally came back.

I`m just telling you this but if You beat the game it will be easier to find it cause you need certain missions to find them theres one in the Comic book store (on the roof) to let you start but sometimes there are comic covers in the orange spots you see on the map
