  • its not painfull... you schould know that

  • That doesn't make it right. By using shortcuts you create a short-term solution to the problem. Spaying and neutering is a long-term solution proven to work. Do your research.

  • There is also a cruel method of euthanasia used which is a gas chamber. Plus killing cats is not necessary. Feral cats are not homeless, they have a home. They just need to stop having so many babies and be vaccinated, not killed.

  • Euthanasia actually is a poor option when handling feral cats. Do your research. When you put the feral cats down you create an empty niche in which MORE feral cats can move in. When you spay and neuter them through the SPCA Trap-Neuter-Return Program (for free!), and return them to the original place of capture, they hold that niche and no more cats can move in for however many years those cats live. Its proven to work.

As I said, do your research before making such comments.

  • So which one is you Ruby?

  • Neither they're just two characters, like in a commercial.

  • Well they won't give me toxoplasmosis when they're living outside. They are unadoptable. They're just too wild to be adopted out to homes, so the only alternatives are to have them killed, or to spay and neuter them. So I think the second option is better.

  • Don't blame the feral cats for something that neither they nor we have control over. Besides, if people hadn't dumped them in the first place then perhaps we wouldn't have to be concerned about toxoplasmosis as much. If you're going to blame someone then at least blame the ones who ditched them.
