in our church it is me at the moment that hears the click and the rest fall in time to my drums we found when everyone could here it they all fell apart because they were to busy thinking about the click and not on me and the drums keeping time so now i can hear it and they follow me on the drums.

great peoples really good one thing you do need is just a click to keep in time until the drums start or get the drummer just to click keep you in time.

if you listen closely you can hear the drummer hittin his high hat lightly in an attempt to keep 'em all together. But, yea, I agree - a metronome is SO under-valued/under-appreciated­. I wish our Church would invest in getting one and just using it in the monitors of the band. It helps a LOT :)
