@diddyk7 - sorry but in no way, shape or form are Creed a terrible band. Listen to "Bullets" from Creed - there are considerable musical similarities. I really don't understand people who slate Creed but then turn around and praise Alter Bridge. It's 75% identical! I think Myles is a much better singer than Scott but the musical direction of Creed and Alter Bridge is much the same heavy sound with lyrical metaphors around redemption and not giving up. I love AB and Creed - they are great.
@kingfisher64 I think creed was pretty good and I know that most of the members are the same in AB. In all honesty I feel like those guys have put more passion into AB than Creed, Blackbird (song) is better than any song creed ever made. Again, i do like many song by creed, but ive found more to enjoy in AB.

One beautiful track from the "Full Circle" album is "Time" - well worth a listen, and "Fear" is very similar sound to AB.
I favor Alter Bridge over Creed too but we must face the facts. There would be no Alter Bridge if it wasn't for Creed. So I still have the same respect for Creed as I did Earlier in the decade.

if you go to amazon and look for the blackbird import version, which is the UK version of blackbird. You can get the album that has this song and new way to live song. But seriously Alter Bridge is so good they need to rather release a cover album or a b- side album. Keep on rockin Alter Bridge

mark tremonti became such a great guitarist in the last years... i mean, he always was pretty good, but since AB was formed, he got a very own and unique style which i love very much. that makes him certainly one of my top favorite guitarists...
you're right. that's because the guy doesn't sit on his popularity and keeps practicing and growing. he took lessons from Troy Stetina, if I'm not mistaken, during the hiatus between creed and ab. he's got chops, great riffs and arpeggios. me likey.

Yes, its not listed on the album, i got mine from best buy and when wayward one ended i was ready to listen again, but behold, there were 2 more songs...which of course made it move a little. They should still be like that at best buy, if you go get it and it isnt, return it.

there was also talk of myles going to zep, creed reuniting, and a hell loads of rumors.
mark, brian, and scott have a lifetime's earnings from creed, not to mention all the sponsors mark has by himself, and myles probably has a lot from citizen swing and the mayfield 4, so i wouldn't be freaking out

LISTEN, Once and for all, there is absolutley ZERO chance of a Creed-re-union. AB has only begun to scratch the surface of creativity and talent they all possess. Furthermore, they have a real commitment to the integrity of the music --when you're as grounded as these guys are ,, no amount of money would make them compromise. Think about it!...Geez!

Don't mean to put a damper on things, but Creed HAVE officially reunited, check Creed's website...I know, I hate it too, but fact it be.
BUT...Myles is also working on a solo record! Lol, so we have something good to look forward to, but I'll really miss AB till the day they get back together...It's only a matter of time before Scott fucks up hard again and they re-realise why they originally ditched his drunk, no-vocal-range ass. But alas...We must sit through a new Creed album once more. Ugh

no they have not. They are still under a contract all they are doing is a summer tour and a album and then alter bridges album is coming out in late 09 of early 010 so dont think you know thinggs
