I must say this video was neither very creative, nor really interesting.

If you want subscribers, then give people a good reason to do that...

Come up with a new concept, or a series of connected videos.

You could do something where you inform people about something, let them see something they haven't seen before, do stuff other's can't..

As you said, most informacials are just horrible - why should your's be different?
