it basically tracks your head movement and puts it into the sim (amplified)... so if i look right in the view in the sim looks right.

@124simran - With Trackir! Being able to freely move the camera with your head movement give you much better visual awareness but if you don't have Trackir then practice i suppose lol

@0071704 you have to have acceleration i think because the normal static carrier with no arrestor gear is a default object in FSX but the acceleration carrier had the catapult and the cables that work.

@sorted0blud use Replay ;-) Start FSX, than Free Flight. Press Alt.(keyboard) than go to Option -> Instant Replay... very usefull to make a video!!! and if you replay u can say 60 or 120. min ok than you go recording with Fraps =D sorry my English not so good

@JonnyBgr - Thanks for the advice man ;). But in this video i did attempt to use FSrecorder which is exactly like the replay in FSX but without the bugs :P. The only problem was is that the carrier would constantly move, so when i watched the video back in reply the aircraft carrier would be further in front of me and the plane would land on...well... nothing :D

plane can be purchased of the alphasim website and thats payware and the carrier can be downloaded of avsim or flightsim(dot)com just search in carrier2r2

which kind of device do you use for head moving? It seems not only you can turn your head but move the axis too

Are you using joystick, throthle and rudders hard? I use saitek x52 and rudders

@nachogarciaescudero i use trackir 4 pro for head moving and at the time of the video i used a logiteck force 3d joystick but i now use the saitek pro flight system with rudder pedals

Great cockpit and instruments. We got to see a EA-6B up close and comfortable at an airshow. When that aircraft took off it was quite a blast!
