Personally, I'd take it a step further and manipulate the hair. Thin it out and start playing with some colors. It looks like she's been dead for awhile, so I'd really go crazy with the hair as well.

it looks realy good dude!! u know whats weird... part 4 has less viewers then part 5? weird... :P nvm ... i followed ur tutorial and i think ( for my skills after 2 years [photoshop) it looks prety cool! and i bet u have a realy good graphical card in ur PC/laptop ;) cuz if i zoom, i see pixels, and if U zoom in u still get nice graphics!!

are you working at 300dpi and about 2000 pixels? If not, that is probably why when you zoom in too much you see pixels. I have a geforce6 series card. Pretty old and lame.
